Media Consent Policy

Registration for and/or participation in Aspire events constitutes an agreement by the registrant and/or attendee(s) to host organizations (AIA Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and its local chapters) and Asheville CVB’s use and distribution of parties’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such meetings and activities. If you do not consent, please submit notice by email at contact @ aspirexp.com (no spaces).

Refund and Cancellation Policy

For paid conference tickets, tours, and events, registrants’ cancellation requests received:

• 30 days before the conference: refund minus processing fees
• Within 30 days of the conference: tickets can be transferred; no refund
• After the conference has passed: no refund

COVID-19 Policy

COVID-19 protocols and recommendations are fluid and difficult to predict. Please note that Aspire intends to follow all local guidelines issued by the City of Asheville and the State of North Carolina.

Registration for Aspire implies that you understand and will agree to follow all safety protocols. Refunds will not be issued for failure to comply to these regulations.
